At the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, we had the challenge of pivoting all efforts to managing the massive influx of reliance on both contactless virtual care, as well as in-person care for all 12 million Kaiser Permanente patients.

The number one piece of the experience we had to succeed with was virtual care via the app. The panic of Covid-19 put major stress on the entire healthcare landscape, and we delivered an avenue for concerned patients to instantly connect with healthcare professionals.
