Working with an embedded team of 10 creatives, we set to revamp a legacy finance app into a leader in the tech industry. With an older, less familiar crowd to new technology, each interaction had to be carefully crafted to be as simple as a hand shake.


It had to stretch and skew, a lot. We were inheriting decades of users and data of the most sensitive kind. We worked toward something familiar to navigate, yet leaping them into a new tech-first era of mobile banking.
A big focus was giving these traditionally dense, spreadsheet-like transactions, more room to breathe. Simple, premium, obvious. No confusion, no reading continuous fine print at every stage. Just intuitive, clear, guided steps to achieve tasks.
